Shipping and Return Policy
All merchandise returns must be reported and returned within 30 days from receipt of goods. No exceptions will be made. Our goal at Kipp is to make sure you are satisfied and happy with your purchase. If you have received items that do not meet your expectations please contact our customer service team immediately at (800) 428-1153 with any issue. All items returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge (subtracted from your credit).
Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any returns unless otherwise stated at time of return authorization. Return of product must be made in purchased units only (if sold by the dozen item must be returned in multiples of 1 DZ; if sold in displays, full displays must be returned)
All closeout items shown with the "On Sale" flag, candy and glow items are non-returnable.
It is the customer's responsibility to check all items in a timely manner upon receipt. Kipp Brothers reserves the right to deny any credit requested after 30 days for any reason including quality, shortage, defect or damage.
Damaged Goods:Â
If you receive any packages that appear to have been damaged in transit or are missing from your shipment it is your responsibility to inform the carrier immediately. If left unreported, the claim may be denied and will be more difficult to address.
